Turning Twenty-One!
2008 National Museum of Women in the Arts Spring Gala

The Board of Trustees of the National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA) will host its Spring Benefit Gala presented in conjunction with the current exhibition, Paula Rego. Portuguese artist Paula Rego is one of the leading figurative artists on the international scene and has been the subject of major solo exhibitions in Europe. The exhibition features more than 100 works—including paintings, pastels, prints, and drawings—the exhibition provides an in-depth study of Rego’s 50-year-plus career.

This year’s gala will attract more than 500 guests and will maintain the Museum’s highest standards of a lavish and elegant affair.
