Throughout the year, lectures and gallery talks by and about women artists complement special
exhibitions or explore aspects of the permanent collection.
The museum also sponsors symposia featuring speakers from the U.S. and abroad who present current
scholarship on the work and lives of women artists and other issues related to special exhibitions.
