International Women’s Day Yoga

Harness your divine feminine nature on International Women’s Day.

Guides Sihnuu Hetep and Nandi Gabremedhin will lead an hour long yoga session in the museum’s Great Hall. Through asana (posture) and pranayama (breath) you will acknowledge and unleash the goddess energy within. Kundalini and Adi Shakti meditation will help you liberate, transform, and reach your highest potential.

All levels of experience welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.
