Phillips after 5: Wonder Women

Celebrate International Women's Day at The Phillips Collection!

Join us at The Phillips Collection to celebrate International Women's Day!

NMWA educators will be at The Phillips Collection to lead spotlight talks in the galleries, distribute #5WomenArtists gallery quests, and raffle off women artist-focused items from NMWA's Museum Shop. Stop by and say hi!

Also, listen to up-and-coming DMV recording artist TOMMI blend R&B, soul, and Afro beat influences from her Sierra Leonean heritage. Sip on brews from women-owned Denizens Brewery Company. Strike the #EachforEqual pose for International Women's Day. Watch a documentary on artist Georgia Saxelby's project entitled To Future Women. Create small-scale postcard size works to mail to a woman who has inspired you.
