Rights and Reproductions Fee Schedule

In most cases there will be a use fee and a reproduction fee.  In some instances, a new photography fee may apply.  The reproduction fee is calculated based upon print run.  Details about these fees are explained below.

New Photography Fee

  • $100: Flat fee for all projects requiring new photography.

Use Fees

  • $50: Commercial publication. For images that will be published, reproduction fees will also apply; see the reproduction fee table below.
  • $25: Scholarly/not-for-profit publication. For images that will be published, reproduction fees will also apply; see the reproduction fee table below.
  • $25: Scholarly research or personal use. NMWA does not charge reproduction fees for scholarly research or personal use; only the $25 reproduction fee applies.
