Urgent Museum Notice

BMA x NMWA Monthly Talk Show: Power

Six rectangular panels of varying heights with a coral background are hung together on a wall with yardsticks attached to the bottoms of each panel. Each panel includes a part of a textured graphite drawing that looks like a giant crashing wave when seen as a whole.
Join educators from the Baltimore Museum of Art and NMWA—and sometimes special guests—as they talk about art.

Power

From government offices to the streets, how do we harness and critique power? Educators from the Baltimore Museum of Art and the National Museum of Women in the Arts welcome guest artists Candice Breitz and Oasa DuVerney, who discuss how they engage with many forms of power in their work.

BMA x NMWA: Power will live stream Tuesday, October 13, at 12 p.m. EDT. The live stream will be available on both the BMA and NMWA Facebook pages.
