Event Description

About the Event

Start your day with a cozy, intimate yin yoga class in our collection galleries. Yin yoga works deeply into the body with passive, long-held poses. It targets the body’s deep connective tissues including ligaments, joints, bones, and the fascia, with the intention of increasing circulation, creating calm and balance in the mind and body, and reducing stress and anxiety.

The class will end with an extended savasana, including koshi and meditation chimes.

This yoga session is taught by Beth Wolfe.

Please bring your yoga mat.

Registration required. Ticket includes museum admission.
