Event Description

NMWA xChange

The National Museum of Women in the Arts’s (NMWA) monthly talk show connects viewers to the museum and its mission to champion women artists. On this episode, Virginia Treanor, NMWA associate curator, and Adrienne L. Gayoso, senior educator, are joined by their colleagues, Orin Zahra, assistant curator, and Hannah Shambroom, exhibition coordinator, to discuss recent acquisitions of historical and contemporary works to the collection. Though the museum’s building is closed for renovation, the collection continues to grow. NMWA curators share some of their favorite recent additions.
