Event Description

About the Event

Taking inspiration from themes in the exhibition Marlo Pascual: Making Something Out of Something, this restorative 60-minute sound healing session blends reflection, transformation, and growth through mindful practice. Guided by Tara Aura, a ritual artist and wellness consultant, participants will be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the present moment.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to accommodate a comfortable sitting or lying position on the gallery floor. Guests are encouraged to bring a photo of a late loved one or think of an aspiration to focus on during this transformational session.
