Event Description

About the Event

Close out the year with a restorative sound healing session led by Tara Aura, a ritual artist and wellness consultant. Surrounded by art, participants will be guided through meditation, deep breathing, and mindful reflection designed to ease stress and encourage a sense of renewal. This program blends art, mindfulness, and social connection, offering both personal renewal and a shared moment of relaxation and connection with others.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to accommodate a comfortable sitting or lying position on the Great Hall’s marble floor.
