Event Description
About the Event
Join us for a dynamic fashion show featuring local designers who are redefining style through upcycled and sustainable materials—transforming reclaimed fabrics into bold, innovative looks. Meet our Community Partner, Ashley, from Paloma Vintage Designs, and discover how fashion can be both expressive and environmentally responsible. Explore UpCycle Creative Reuse Center’s work advancing sustainability and circular design, and discover how to get involved.
Enjoy hands-on art-making inspired by artist Howardena Pindell, whose work is featured in Making Their Mark: Works from the Shah Garg Collection. Experiment with texture and pattern in ways that reflect Pindell’s innovative approach to materials and abstraction. Throughout the evening, DJ Alex Love spins an energizing set as you mingle, sip cocktails, and take in the vibrant atmosphere.
Two drink tickets are included with admission; additional beverages and food are available for purchase.
All members can purchase tickets, even if the event is sold out; members at the Explorer level and above receive two free tickets to each NMWA Nights event.
Tickets go on sale on April 1 at 10 am.
