Keep art accessible and women artists visible. Make your gift by June 30 and help us finish our fiscal year strong.

Event Description

About the Event

This after-hours event begins with a curated tour of NMWA’s collection and leads to a sound bath and guided meditation. Paired with calming breathwork and a live acoustic performance, the meditation experience will focus on finding clarity through abstract visualization, ultimately resetting our nervous systems and helping to settle restless minds.

Surrounded by art in a calming atmosphere, guests will be able to listen passively, seated or reclined, and connect with their inner knowing. This program blends art, mindfulness, and social connection, offering both personal renewal and the joy of coming together.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to accommodate a comfortable sitting or lying position on the Great Hall’s marble floor.

To ensure a smooth and relaxing environment for all attendees, guests will not be permitted entry after 5 minutes of the event start time. Please see our Plan Your Visit page for driving, walking, and public transportation options.

While refunds will not be permitted due to late arrivals or no-shows, your admission will be a charitable donation to the museum.
