Event Description

Picturing History

Recent studies indicate that work-life balance is off-kilter for many and recommend scheduling opportunities for leisure and learning. Here’s your chance!

We invite you to jumpstart your weekend with art: every Friday at 5 p.m. (EDT), join NMWA educators for informal 30-minute art chats about selected artworks from NMWA’s collection. Each week a new sampling of artworks will be considered. You can even enjoy your favorite happy hour drink or snack during the sessions.

Registration is limited to 20 participants each week.

It’s simple to participate:

  1. Check out this week’s artworks.
  2. Complete the registration request form for Friday’s video call.
  3. The week of the program, keep an eye out for an email that provides further information. The first 20 registrants will receive a meeting link; others will receive notification that the program is full.
  4. If you received the meeting link, hop online and follow the instructions to join the conversation Friday at 5 p.m. (EDT)

This event is sold out.
