Event Description

About the Program

Join ritual artist and wellness consultant Tara Aura for an unforgettable yoga experience in NMWA’s Great Hall.

Accompanied by live cellist Adia, this beginner-level yoga class blends breathwork and mindful, meditative movement with a live, improvisational cello performance to help you melt tension and align with ease. Expect intentional vibes, detailed verbal instructions, optional pose modifications, and deep listening during the final relaxation pose. This program blends art, mindfulness, and social connection, offering both personal renewal and the joy of coming together.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to accommodate a comfortable sitting or lying position on the Great Hall’s marble floor.

Ticket includes museum admission. A limited number of walk-up tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
