Event Description

About the Event

Guided by Tara Aura, a ritual artist and wellness consultant, this workshop begins with a sound healing and meditation experience designed to quiet the mind, release stress, and spark creativity. Surrounded by art in a calming atmosphere, participants will be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the present moment. Before the session, explore the Women Artists from Antwerp to Amsterdam, 1600-1750 exhibition and enjoy a delicious tonic, courtesy of Khamsa (a DC-based, woman-founded tea-and-tonic company). This program blends art, mindfulness, and social connection, offering both personal renewal and the joy of coming together.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to accommodate a comfortable sitting or lying position on the Great Hall marble floor.
