Event Description

The Tea: Ting Lin

In this online series, women musicians perform original work via live-stream on the museum’s social media channels on the first Friday of the month. Each session includes a short interview, conducted over a cup of tea, which explores the artist’s creative process. The Tea proudly welcomes singer Ting Lin this month and will be live streaming on NMWA’s Facebook page and at nmwa.org/livestream.

Ting Lin is a musician, fashionista, and creative entrepreneur in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. For music, she is a singer songwriter who has released numerous original songs and music videos, varied in genres, languages, and messages. She aims to promote cultural diversity, highlight important social issues, and challenge industry norms through her music. Aside from that, she is passionate about fashion styling and supporting other creatives in pursuing their art.

The Tea is presented by the museum’s Women, Arts, and Social Change public program initiative.
