Event Description

About the Event

Join NMWA educators during their 2025 to 2026 residency (October 2025, April 2026, and July 2026) with Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) Look Club Online.

Look Club is an opportunity to come together as a community to practice looking, talking, listening, and engaging with art and each other. During each session, NMWA educators will facilitate discussions highlighting images from NMWA’s collection. Questions are broad and open-ended to encourage participants to discuss what they see, think, and wonder about the chosen works. If you enjoy looking at and talking about art, sharing your observations and interpretations, and listening to those of others, this program is for you.

About Visual Thinking Strategies

Visual Thinking Strategies is a research-based education nonprofit that believes thoughtful, facilitated discussion of art activates transformational learning accessible to all.
