Ideal for educators of grades 3–8, the annual summer ABC Teacher Institute, now entering its 10th year, introduces participants to the Arts, Books, and Creativity (ABC) Curriculum and resources. Since 2010, approximately 150 pre-kindergarten through 12th grade teachers have attended this institute and highly rate their experience.

The biennial Advanced Teacher Institute, offered on odd years, is for ABC Teacher Institute alumni interested in further exploring the ABC curriculum while expanding their tool kit of book formats, writing samples, and integration ideas.

The biennial ABC Intensive, offered on even years, rotates topics to serve the diverse needs and interests of the ABC alumni network. The 2018 ABC Intensive, for instance, exclusively served ABC alumni who teach early childhood learners.
