The spring gala is the museum’s largest fundraising event celebrating museum’s patrons, members, and friends.

Event Description

About the Gala

Join gala co-chairs Anita McBride and Patti White for a special night at the museum’s largest annual fundraising event. The Ambassador of Italy, Mariangela Zappia, will be our Honorary Diplomatic Chair. The evening will feature a seated dinner and entertainment. This year’s gala will honor Artistic Director of the 59th Venice Biennale Cecilia Alemani with the 2023 NMWA Achievement Award for Excellence in the Arts.

Proceeds from the Spring Gala benefit the museum’s special exhibitions, and diverse education and public programming initiatives, allowing us to champion women artists of the past, present, and future.
